Alevate Apparel Return Policy (Sweepstakes Orders)
All purchases made during the sweepstakes period are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

Defective, or
-
Lost or damaged by the shipping carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx)
If you believe your item qualifies for a return under these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: alevateapparel@gmail.com
Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We reserve the right to inspect the claim and determine eligibility before approving a replacement or refund.

SOMETHING DIDN’T WORK OUT? NO WORRIES — RETURNING AND EXCHANGING ITEMS IS EASY.
YOU CAN EASILY RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) BY VISITING OURÂ RETURNS PORTALÂ AND PLACING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND ZIP CODE.
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR UNUSED ITEMS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT OF THE MERCHANDISE.
ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH THE TAG ATTACHED, AND IN PRISTINE UNUSED CONDITION.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FOUND YOU CAN THEN CHOOSE FROM THE DROP-DOWN MENU THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN AND WHICH ITEMS YOU WOULD BE RETURNING.
WHEN YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN SUBMITTED YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE A PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL THAT YOU MAY PRINT AND ATTACH TO YOUR SHIPMENT.
PLEASE DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE AT YOUR LOCAL USPS ORÂ SCHEDULE A PICK UP.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM(S) OR RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT PLEASE EMAIL US AT AT ORDERS@ALEVATEAPPAREL.COM
IF YOUR RETURN ITEM ARRIVES IN USED CONDITIONS OR WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WE HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND OR CHARGE A MISHANDLING FEE.
